Key Responsibilities

  • •Monitor IT infrastructure and analyze/triage alerts generated by SIEM and EDR systems.
  • •Respond to incidents and escalate complex cases according to established procedures.
  • •Verify alerts from SIEM/EDR/XDR class systems and support daily SOC operations.

Key Requirements

  • •Experience in a SOC environment at an L1 level (min. 1 year).
  • •Fluency in English and Polish (min. B2).

  • •Knowledge of SIEM tools (Splunk Enterprise Security).
  • •Knowledge of XDR/EDR solutions (SentinelOne) and network protocols (TCP/IP, HTTPS, DNS).
