Job Summary

Own the operational engine behind high-volume commercial contracting by administering Postman’s Ironclad CLM platform, optimizing workflows, templates, and reporting for Legal and GTM teams. Support routine agreements and signature workflows (e.g., NDAs, order forms, procurement documents), triage non-standard requests, and coordinate cross-functionally with Deal Operations, Finance, and Sales to ensure accurate, on-time execution at scale.

Key Responsibilities

•Serve as the primary administrator for Postman’s Ironclad CLM platform, owning system configuration, workflow design, user management, and ongoing optimization.
•Build, maintain, and improve automated contract workflows and manage contract records, metadata, and reporting for accurate, searchable, auditable documentation.
•Develop dashboards and reports to provide Legal, Deal Operations, and Finance visibility into contract volume, cycle times, and bottleneck patterns.
•Support commercial deal flow by preparing, routing, and managing routine agreements and coordinating signature workflows with internal and external parties.
•Create and maintain contract templates, clause libraries, negotiation playbooks, and enablement documentation; troubleshoot system issues and coordinate platform updates.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 100,000 - 140,000 annually

Key Requirements

•5-7 years of experience in contract management, legal operations, or a similar role supporting commercial transactions at a technology company.
•Hands-on Ironclad administration experience, including workflow design, template building, reporting, and system configuration.
•Strong understanding of the B2B SaaS commercial contract lifecycle from request intake through execution and post-signature management.
•Experience developing or improving reporting and analytics for legal or deal operations teams.
•Comfort with AI-powered contract tools and a track record of creating and maintaining contract templates, playbooks, and process documentation.
