Job Summary

Support the Branch Manager on daily operational management of the branch, reviewing processes to identify risks and opportunities for improvement. Develop and lead a sales and service team to meet business objectives while complying with the bank’s quality and compliance standards and external regulations. Drive cost control via effective resource management, ensure excellent service delivery and customer centricity, and communicate new policies and governance to the team.

Key Responsibilities

•Support the Branch Manager with daily operational management and review operational processes to identify risks and improvement areas.
•Develop and manage a sales and service team to achieve business objectives and ensure compliance with quality, governance, and external regulations.
•Contribute to cost control through effective resources management and cost control initiatives aligned with bank objectives.
•Ensure excellent service delivery and efficient operation while embracing customer centricity in daily activities.
•Communicate and ensure timely execution of new policies, governance procedures, practices, and standards to the team.

Key Requirements

•Secondary education or above.
•Over 10 years of retail banking experience with sound knowledge in banking operations.
•Good knowledge of internal procedures and external guidelines for wealth management products, including investment and insurance.
•Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizing skills.
•Pass Insurance Intermediaries Qualifying Examinations / Hong Kong Securities Institute Licensing Examinations; proficiency in both English and Chinese.
