Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as a subject matter expert in Forma, including platform capabilities, limitations, and integration possibilities
  • •Lead technical engagements with customers, analysing workflows and designing solutions that support improved project and construction processes
  • •Configure and optimize Forma workflows including document management, RFIs, submittals, field workflows, and model coordination
  • •Design dashboards, reports, and analytics that help customers track adoption, project performance, and operational outcomes
  • •Support integrations between Forma and enterprise systems such as ERP platforms, BI tools, and other construction technologies using available APIs and data connectors

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of experience in the AEC industry or AEC technology industry
  • •Experience supporting or implementing construction technology solutions across project teams or organizations
  • •Strong understanding of construction workflows and project delivery processes
  • •Familiarity with SaaS platforms and technology adoption in enterprise environments
  • •Experience creating data dashboards, reporting, or analytics using construction project data
