Key Responsibilities

  • •Purchase materials, equipment, tools, rentals, and services using Supply Chain Management policies and procedures, including appropriate terms, conditions, and insurance.
  • •Issue purchase orders for materials, tools, rentals, equipment, and services using SAP/SRM.
  • •Seek suppliers, bid, and negotiate terms and conditions efficiently and cost-effectively.
  • •Expedite material deliveries as required and set up new vendors in the system with proper documents and information.
  • •Work with sites and vendors to resolve material and service quality issues and assist with payment/invoice issue resolution.
