Timberland: Floor Supervisor - Fashion Centre at Pentagon

Lead day-to-day floor and store operations in a fast-paced retail environment, supporting the store’s leadership team to deliver exceptional customer engagement. Coach and develop associates, monitor progress against sales and KPIs, and help drive store profitability. Oversee opening/closing procedures, floor coverage, inventory organization, shipping/receiving, visual merchandising, and loss-prevention practices while upholding company policies, safety standards, and brand direction.
