Key Responsibilities

  • •Plan and supervise preventive and corrective maintenance, monthly/annual outage, and overhauling work for mechanical equipment.
  • •Assign maintenance jobs, supervise/coordinate maintenance staff activities, and maintain records, reports, and correspondence.
  • •Execute and manage work orders through CMMS (SAP) and coordinate with planning engineers for job completion and technical matters.
  • •Evaluate maintenance quotations and recommend choices; prepare purchase requisitions for spare parts/consumables within budget and arrange strategic spares.
  • •Ensure IMS/EHS compliance (hazard identification, aspect-impact and hazard risk assessments, incident/emergency reporting) and drive root-cause corrective/preventive actions, including OJT and annual performance evaluations.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering (B.E.) from a four-year college/university.
  • •4–8 years of related experience and training (or equivalent combination of education and experience).
  • •Ability to lead the maintenance group and supervise maintenance staff.
  • •Knowledge of Quality, Occupational Health & Safety, and Environment management system principles, including hazard/risk and aspect-impact assessments.
  • •Computer literacy and ability to use SAP (as an end user) and MS Outlook for correspondence.
