Key Responsibilities

  • •Maintain the fixed asset accounting system, including putting new assets in service, running depreciation, retiring assets, and processing fixed-asset month-end close entries.
  • •Maintain the lease accounting system, including setting up new lessee agreements, running monthly reports, updating lease information, and processing lease month-end close entries.
  • •Prepare journal entries and perform general ledger reconciliations and spreadsheet updates related to accounting operations.
  • •Provide timely and accurate financial reporting.
  • •Support other accounting operations staff, assist auditors/examiners as requested, and complete special projects and miscellaneous assignments.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field preferred.
  • •Minimum 2 to 3 years of equivalent experience in accounting-related positions.
  • •Experience with financial operations systems preferred.
  • •Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
  • •Strong reading, writing, grammar, analytical or mathematical, and communication skills.
