•Lead, mentor, and grow a team of Customer Success Managers, and empower Renewal Managers and Specialists to achieve renewal and expansion targets.
•Champion adoption of AI tools and automation to streamline workflows and surface customer insights faster.
•Develop and execute strategies for customer retention and expansion across a range of customer needs.
•Maintain hands-on product expertise in AI-driven email security solutions to guide customers and CSMs on utilization and optimization.
•Serve as a key escalation point for customer issues, working with product and engineering teams to drive resolution.

Travel: Medium travel

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 159,840 - 188,000 annually

Key Requirements

•3+ years of experience leading a Customer Success team in a SaaS environment.
•8+ years of experience in enterprise SaaS, with expertise guiding teams to renew or expand platform adoption.
•Experience managing mid market or tech-touch accounts focused on retention and expansion.
•Deep understanding of account management principles and practices (including renewals), with hands-on ability with technical products.
•Strong analytical and communication skills, translating customer health/performance metrics into strategic actions and engaging stakeholders at all levels.
