Own end-to-end inventory control, inbound operations governance, and B2B returns management within the South Africa Distribution Centre. Key Responsibilities

•Drive end-to-end inventory accuracy and integrity across the Distribution Centre, including physical-to-system accuracy, stock match checks, and reconciliation.
•Monitor and validate interfaces between 3PL WMS and SAP S/4HANA, investigate integration failures, and document root causes and corrective actions.
•Maintain inventory governance, controls, compliance reporting, and audit readiness, including inventory control review sessions and closure of control gaps and audit findings.
•Manage inbound operations governance, ensuring inbound stock is received and system processed within 24 hours, monitoring SLA performance, and escalating risks before SLA failure.
•Own end-to-end B2B returns processing and reporting, ensuring returns are received, processed, and system updated within 48 hours, with query resolution and stakeholder communication.

Key Requirements

•5–7 years of relevant experience within Supply Chain, Logistics, Distribution Centre Operations, Inventory Management, Warehouse Operations, or a related operational environment.
•Proven experience in inventory control, stock reconciliation, cycle counts, variance investigation, root cause analysis, audit readiness, and operational control compliance.
•Experience working with 3PL warehouse operations and cross-functional stakeholders including Finance, IT, Customer Service, Planning, Internal Controls, and Supply Chain Operations.
•A relevant tertiary qualification in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Operations Management, Inventory Management, Business Management, or a similar discipline.
•SAP S/4HANA, WMS, inventory management systems, and advanced MS Excel experience are highly advantageous.
