Production Supervisor - 3rd Shift

Lead the production team on the 3rd shift, overseeing the full manufacturing process from yield tracking to real-time adjustments. Ensure safety and USDA health standards, enforce HACCP and food safety/quality plans, and train employees on safe operating procedures including lock-out/tag-out. Track production yields, efficiencies, and variances to improve workflows, reduce downtime, and minimize costs. Conduct inspections, run daily floor walkthroughs and monthly line meetings, and manage routine maintenance and equipment setup.
