Job Summary

Founding Solutions Engineer to own the post-sale customer journey for AI-driven enterprise solutions in Israel. You will lead onboarding, data preparation, AI workflow development, deployment, and security integrations, partnering with founders, Product, and R&D to deliver measurable business value. You’ll shape delivery processes as the company scales and ensure adoption and expansion across enterprise customers.

Job Function: Solutions Engineering & Sales Engineering

Key Responsibilities

•Own the post-sale customer journey from deployment and integration through adoption, expansion, and ongoing success.
•Engage with customers post-close to understand workflows, deployment requirements, and translate findings into implementation plans for AI-powered solutions.
•Partner with customers to assess data readiness and gather inputs for AI workflows; configure and integrate AI components into tailored workflows.
•Lead end-to-end solution deployment, ensure models meet performance and business value, and define success metrics to drive adoption.
•Lead integrations with enterprise systems (e.g., Finance, ERP, email platforms), ensure scalability and security, and guide customers through IT approval processes.

Key Requirements

•7+ years of experience in Implementation Engineering, Solutions Engineering, Technical Consulting, Professional Services or a similar post-sale customer-facing role.
•Experience in the enterprise segment, specifically within the Israeli market, preferably in traditional industries such as financial services, insurance, and banking.
•Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
•Strong understanding of AI concepts and their enterprise applications.
•Excellent Hebrew proficiency (daily client communications are in Hebrew).
