Key Responsibilities

  • •Oversee electrical construction activities executed by EPC and PCC contractors from installation through mechanical completion and client handover.
  • •Ensure electrical installations are installed, tested, and pre-commissioned per project requirements, including cleanliness, preservation, and readiness for commissioning.
  • •Lead “build it tight” and “build it clean” standards, coordinating electrical scope and multidisciplinary interfaces across the project.
  • •Coordinate technical query (TQ), deviation, and change request resolution with engineering and contractor teams, and review method statements and work packs.
  • •Provide reporting and oversight of contractor performance for technical compliance, cleanliness, quality, and schedule; manage punch lists and ensure complete handover documentation/dossiers.
Travel: Low travel

Key Requirements

  • •HNC or higher in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline, or equivalent time-served experience in similar roles.
  • •Demonstrable experience overseeing/managing electrical installation on large-scale EPC projects (e.g., switchgear, transformers, distribution panels, UPS, generators, system protection, fire and gas).
  • •Experience covering containment, cabling, glanding, preservation, punch out, walkdowns, turnover, and handover.
  • •Proven ability to coordinate multidisciplinary teams.
  • •Ability to oversee construction planning and execution while maintaining safety and quality standards.
