Key Responsibilities

  • •Validate minable resources through preliminary surveys with geologists and determine ore extraction feasibility.
  • •Select and plan suitable ore extraction methods based on overburden depth, altitude, deposit characteristics, and surrounding strata.
  • •Coordinate labor, supplies, and equipment use to meet efficiency and statutory, safety, and environmental conditions.
  • •Consult with technical stakeholders and prepare operating and project estimates, assessing capital/operating viability and controlling expenditures.
  • •Analyze production reporting, monitor HSE compliance, investigate incidents, and brief contractors on applicable HSE regulations.
