Job Summary

Manage and optimize end-to-end Procure-to-Pay (P2P) integrations to ensure reliable data flow, system integrity, and seamless interactions across platforms like Oracle, SAI360, and ServiceNow. Design and implement reliability and recovery practices, build monitoring/observability and performance metrics, and create technical artifacts (mappings, user stories, acceptance criteria) while ensuring compliance with IT controls and working closely with Enterprise Architecture, Security, Infrastructure, and Application Development teams.

•Manage and optimize end-to-end P2P integrations to ensure seamless data flow, system reliability, and integrity across connected platforms.
•Design reliability practices and sound recovery procedures, including transaction-specific monitoring and performance metrics.
•Ensure compliance with IT policies, procedures, and industry standards by reviewing and refining IT control enhancements.
•Develop and maintain technical and functional artifacts (requirements, data mappings, process flows, user stories, acceptance criteria) to deliver robust, compliant P2P solutions.
•Implement monitoring, observability, alerting, and recovery capabilities and collaborate with Enterprise Architecture, Security, Infrastructure, and Application Development teams to align with organizational standards.
