Key Responsibilities

•Develop and maintain strong strategic business relationships with assigned National and Global Broker partners.
•Partner cross-functionally with underwriting, distribution, and executive leadership teams to support targeted growth opportunities and strategic initiatives.
•Analyze market, broker, and distribution data to identify trends, growth opportunities, and operational improvements.
•Monitor broker performance and identify recurring issues, escalation themes, and opportunities for strategic intervention.
•Design and implement business process standards, campaigns, and distribution programs to support operational excellence.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s Degree and 8 or more years of experience in the Relationship Management area
•10 or more years of experience in underwriting, distribution management, and/or relationship management roles within the insurance industry

•Experience managing strategic relationships with National and/or Global Brokers
•Knowledge of complex insurance programs and alternative risk financing solutions
