Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and manage a portfolio of major programs/projects across TX/LA/OK/AR to achieve client KPIs and internal KPIs
  • •Oversee approximately 50 department staff, mentor them, and implement succession planning and performance evaluations
  • •Collaborate with Client Account Managers and Practice Area Leaders to grow profitable backlog, develop budgets, and lead capture strategies
  • •Ensure project delivery aligns with the AECOM Project Delivery System (PDS) and Quality Management System (QMS)
  • •Act as escalation point for project issues, manage resourcing, financial forecasting, cash flow, and subconsultant/vendor issues

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 115,000 - 165,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor degree in Geology, Environmental Science, Engineering, or related field with 8+ years of experience in a technical discipline with demonstrated project management and business development
  • •US citizen or Permanent Resident; sponsorship will not be available
  • •Successful candidate must pass a background check and motor vehicle records check
  • •Preferred: Master’s degree; licensed PE or PG in Texas and/or Louisiana; 15+ years related experience in environmental remediation
  • •Strong leadership and team-management capabilities with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
