Key Responsibilities

•Lead and manage a portfolio of major programs/projects across TX/LA/OK/AR to achieve client KPIs and internal KPIs
•Oversee approximately 50 department staff, mentor them, and implement succession planning and performance evaluations
•Collaborate with Client Account Managers and Practice Area Leaders to grow profitable backlog, develop budgets, and lead capture strategies
•Ensure project delivery aligns with the AECOM Project Delivery System (PDS) and Quality Management System (QMS)
•Act as escalation point for project issues, manage resourcing, financial forecasting, cash flow, and subconsultant/vendor issues

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 115,000 - 165,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Bachelor degree in Geology, Environmental Science, Engineering, or related field with 8+ years of experience in a technical discipline with demonstrated project management and business development
•US citizen or Permanent Resident; sponsorship will not be available
•Successful candidate must pass a background check and motor vehicle records check
•Preferred: Master’s degree; licensed PE or PG in Texas and/or Louisiana; 15+ years related experience in environmental remediation
•Strong leadership and team-management capabilities with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
