Key Responsibilities

•Retains and grows Aon’s business by cultivating relationships with senior client decision-makers and day-to-day contacts.
•Drives the renewal process, assembling teams to develop and implement renewal strategies with brokers.
•Coaches and coordinates with brokers, ARS and insurers to deliver renewal strategies and ensure client needs are understood.
•Leads stewardship planning and delivery, ensuring profitability through a value-based service scope and Client Promise Plan.
•Oversees invoicing and receivables for assigned clients to ensure timely collections and market-competitive service delivery.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 238,100 - 442,300 annually

Key Requirements

•Must have a minimum of 15 years of Property & Casualty (P&C) experience.
•Active Property & Casualty license.
•Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent years of industry experience.
•Proven organizational, interpersonal, and project management skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritize.
•Excellent digital literacy with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
