Key Responsibilities

  • •Plan and execute calibration and testing for instrumentation (pressure, temperature, flow, level) to meet standards.
  • •Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules for instrumentation and control systems.
  • •Troubleshoot and resolve instrumentation issues to minimize downtime and maintain process accuracy.
  • •Ensure instrumentation work complies with GMP, Food Safety, and Occupational Health & Safety requirements; maintain SAP PM data integrity and accurate records.
  • •Support instrumentation design, installation, and commissioning for new projects, and provide technical training to maintenance teams.

Key Requirements

  • •Diploma in Electrical/Instrumentation Engineering.
  • •Valid Suruhanjaya Tenaga BO Chargeman 11kV certificate.
  • •Registered or eligible to be registered as Registered Energy Manager (REM) Type 2 under EECA 2024.
  • •Experience managing industrial energy systems (11kV distribution, compressors, boilers, chillers, utilities) and implementing Energy Management Systems and energy efficiency initiatives.
  • •3+ years experience (desirable) with instrumentation systems, calibration, and PLC/DCS knowledge; SAP PM knowledge is essential.
