Build genuine relationships with customers and guide them to the right used vehicle at CarMax. As a Sales Consultant Trainee, you’ll receive paid training and mentorship to succeed without prior auto sales experience. Manage the full customer journey, from finding inventory and helping with appraisals and test drives to supporting financing applications and completing accurate transaction documentation. Collaborate with your store team and uphold EH&S requirements.
