Key Responsibilities

•Shape product direction with the executive team and translate strategy into a grounded product roadmap.
•Lead and grow a team of 6 PMs, enabling a one-team culture and experimentation mindset.
•Build for founders by deeply understanding early-stage workflows and decision making.
•Get in the weeds by prototyping, pressure-testing, and iterating with design and engineering.
•Set the tempo for the product org by defining speed, processes, and focus to remove friction.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 275,000 - 350,000 annually
