Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and participate in system integration and test campaign, developing test plans, test procedures, and schedules, coordinating resource needs, test equipment, and test facility needs
  • •Lead test readiness reviews (TRRs) for flight hardware
  • •Participate in manufacturing readiness reviews (MRRs) for flight hardware
  • •Develop, document, and continuously improve processes for the manufacturing, assembly, and integration of PCBAs and box-level assemblies, and space vehicle ensuring compliance with space-grade standards
  • •Perform hands-on hardware and software testing at unit-level and system level

Key Requirements

  • •8+ years experience in aerospace, aviation, military, or other high-reliability industries
  • •Bachelors or Masters degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or other technical discipline
  • •Experience in unit-level/space vehicle/system integration, assembly, and environmental testing (eg., vibration, thermal vacuum, acoustic, shock, and EMI/EMC)
  • •Practical knowledge of using test equipment (eg., oscilloscopes, network analyzers, power supplies, electronics loads, DAQs)
  • •Familiar with Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES), Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), and Material Resource Planning (MRP); Familiarity with manufacturing process controls, quality assurance, and continuous improvement methodologies
