Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide financial leadership to connect finance processes with plant operations, guiding strategies and decisions to achieve plant targets.
  • •Analyze financial data and performance metrics to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement, defining key performance metrics with business leaders.
  • •Support operational decision-making through financial insights, including evaluating capital deployment opportunities and new projects.
  • •Lead site financial processes including periodic forecasts and profit plan, and manage performance tracking against KPIs and targets.
  • •Monitor and manage operational costs (including inventory and standard cost roll) to improve efficiency while maintaining quality; identify financial risks and propose mitigation strategies.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance from an accredited institution.
  • •3+ years of experience in accounting and/or finance.
  • •2+ years of experience supporting a manufacturing environment.
  • •Experience with financial analysis in a manufacturing environment with background in FP&A and/or Plant Controllership.
  • •Ability to participate in video and in-person interviews as part of the hiring process.
