Job Summary

Lead the Auto Warranty claims and operations function, driving claims excellence, technical governance, and profitable portfolio performance. Oversee complex claims, fraud prevention, and cost controls (loss ratio, severity, frequency, and reserves) while managing relationships with dealers, OEMs, and repair partners. Run and improve Claims, Contact Center, and Policy Administration operations, establish KPI governance and reporting dashboards, and lead and develop a 30+ professional team.

Key Responsibilities

•Develop and execute an Auto Warranty claims strategy to deliver technical excellence, customer satisfaction, and sustainable profitability.
•Serve as the highest technical authority for complex escalated claims, setting assessment standards, technical guidelines, audit frameworks, and quality reviews.
•Own claims cost and portfolio performance, monitoring loss ratio, severity, frequency, and reserves, and driving corrective profitability initiatives.
•Develop and lead fraud prevention programs, identify leakage trends, implement controls, and lead investigations and recovery actions.
•Oversee contact center and policy administration operations, manage escalations, and lead process improvement and automation across all three teams.

•Experience working with OEMs, dealers, and automotive service providers.
•Proven track record in claims governance, fraud prevention, and profitability improvement.
