Job Summary

Support execution of client engagement programs and operating rhythms for Visa’s Commercial and Money Movement Solutions (CMS) Business Planning and Operations team across CMS North America. Manage multiple work streams end-to-end, coordinating client initiatives, conferences and events, client hosting, and ongoing business planning through tracking, reporting, and disciplined follow-through. Drive process improvements by creating playbooks, templates, and tools to scale operational execution.

•End-to-end execution of external programs and client engagement initiatives (e.g., client councils, regional events, client survey), including timelines, deliverables, reporting, and stakeholder alignment.
•Coordinate conference and event execution, managing logistics, timelines, stakeholder communications, and tracking across internal and external partners.
•Support client hosting execution, including client list management, invite strategy and communications, coordination with sellers, and tracking engagement outcomes.
•Track priorities, maintain reporting, identify risks or gaps, and drive follow-ups to ensure execution.
•Identify and drive improvements in processes and tools, including developing playbooks, templates, and tracking mechanisms to scale operations.

Key Requirements

•2+ years of work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree or an Advanced Degree (e.g., Masters, MBA, JD, MD, or PhD).
•3+ years of work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree (or 2+ years with an Advanced Degree).
•Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including explaining complex business and technical concepts to a broad audience.
•Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
•Strong project management and organizational skills to lead complex projects with multiple work streams and cross-functional stakeholders.
