Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage key operational functions including shipment, receiving, reverse transfers, sales floor recovery, replenishment, floor set updates, and supply management.
  • •Maintain strategic product presentation by ensuring product recovery/restock/destock and executing visual merchandising changes per directive with the Visual Manager.
  • •Plan and execute visual floor changes with management, using payroll management and adapting zones and visual support to business needs.
  • •Use reporting tools to identify business opportunities across product placement, outfitting, and stock levels, and make adjustments as necessary.
  • •Lead associates daily operations and visual standards, partner on coaching and development, and support recruitment and feedback through company performance tools.
