Job Summary

Lead production operations for photovoltaic solar module manufacturing as a combination production technician and team leader. Support safety, quality, and productivity by operating and maintaining equipment, monitoring machine parameters and alarms, and using SPC/process data to maintain control. Train and coordinate team members, escalate issues with clear communication, and collaborate with cross-functional groups to run tests and solve problems. This role reports to the Manufacturing Supervisor and may involve off-crew training.

Key Responsibilities

•Adhere to safety procedures and maintain good housekeeping.
•Safely operate and maintain tools and equipment to meet quality and productivity targets.
•Provide on-the-job training and coordinate training to validate successful completion.
•Lead the team on job assignments and support resolution of issues in accordance with supervisor direction.
•Monitor process data (including SPC), interface with equipment computers, and report on parameters, alarms, and results as requested.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 21.3 - 29.81

Key Requirements

•High school diploma or GED; preference for an associate’s degree or certificates in a technical discipline.
•6 months experience as at least a Production Technician I in any production area (Front to Back End) with a Production Supervisor recommendation.
•1-year previous Team Lead or supervisory experience.
•Demonstrated safety-first mindset, quality standards, troubleshooting/problem-solving ability, and math skills to apply Statistical Process Control (SPC).
•Ability to lead teams, provide on-the-job training, and communicate effectively (oral and written) with peers and leadership.
