Job Summary

Join the People & Culture team to support project delivery across the employee lifecycle. You’ll coordinate scoping, implementation planning, and integration into the business, working with P&C and management stakeholders to drive smooth delivery. Maintain project plans, actions, risks, and dependencies, provide progress updates to sponsors, and help define KPIs and measure effectiveness. This hybrid, permanent role supports continuous improvement and broad HR exposure.

Key Responsibilities

•Support the integration of people projects into the business, including building go-to-market plans and liaising with People & Culture and management teams.
•Support scoping and implementation planning by gathering requirements from stakeholders and using data as needed.
•Assess whether delivery has been successful and whether further action is needed to deliver business impact.
•Maintain project plans, actions, risks, issues, and dependencies, and provide regular progress updates to sponsors and stakeholders.
•Support project outcomes by modelling options and contingency plans, preparing drafts/presentations/analytics, and helping ensure KPIs are agreed.
