Key Responsibilities

  • •Prepare site civil engineering plans for commercial, industrial, utility, and infrastructure development projects.
  • •Create and coordinate site layout, grading design, utility coordination, access and circulation planning, and erosion control measures.
  • •Support development of permit and construction documents through Issued-for-Construction (IFC) plan development and construction support.
  • •Perform technical review and quality control of design calculations/drawings and prepare technical specification sections.
  • •Coordinate with clients, permitting agencies, stormwater designers, and utility providers; ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree plus 6 years of experience (or demonstrated equivalency).
  • •U.S. Professional Engineering License (PE).
  • •U.S. Citizenship is required.
  • •Proficiency with Civil 3D and AutoCAD modeling.
  • •Site civil and/or transportation design experience (preferred) and ability to travel occasionally to the office or work sites.
