Key Responsibilities

  • •Support senior brokers in structuring and placing R&W and Tax insurance policies for domestic and cross-border M&A deals.
  • •Analyze quotes and prepare term comparisons for client review.
  • •Coordinate with underwriters and clients/advisors throughout underwriting, helping manage deadlines and information flow.
