Key Responsibilities

  • •Operate at a fast pace to achieve production plans on time and to quality standards.
  • •Support hourly/daily/weekly performance reviews, highlight correct downtime analysis to Man Tech, and ensure timely action.
  • •Ensure all KPIs are achieved and operate own area to required standards.
  • •Ensure legal and regulatory compliance for safety and quality systems.
  • •Take ownership of the training plan with support from the Technician and ensure right-first-time line documentation completion.
