Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide high-level civil engineering technical assistance for multi-site/phase due diligence, investigations, remediation, impact assessment, permitting, and construction of infrastructure projects.
  • •Collect, compile, and analyze site and technical data (surveys, blueprints, GIS data, subsurface utility information, maps, hydrologic and geotechnical inputs) to support project development and design.
  • •Develop construction plans, specifications, cost estimates, and safety/phasing plans while coordinating with owners, other disciplines, subcontractors, and clients.
  • •Oversee and monitor cross-functional teams of engineers and other professionals; manage budgets, tracking hours/expenses, technical calculations, permit applications, and compliance documentation.
  • •Coordinate, review, and approve infrastructure design plans for code compliance; prepare technical reports, visualizations, and presentations for regulatory agencies and stakeholders.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or closely related discipline.
  • •10+ years of relevant post-education engineering and civil design experience.
  • •Engineer license required.
  • •Proficiency in civil engineering principles and infrastructure design, including permitting and construction-related issues.
  • •Highly proficient with civil design software and tools (e.g., MicroStation, AutoCAD, Civil 3D, ArcGIS, InRoads, Geopak, GeoSlope, ANSYS, STADD, HEC-RAS, HEC-HMS) and strong technical writing.
