Key Responsibilities

  • •Support presales through technical presentations, demos, and proof-of-value sessions focused on SOC use cases.
  • •Respond to RFPs/RFIs involving SOC, SIEM/SOAR, or managed security services requirements, including solution sizing and proposal support.
  • •Act as a technical trusted advisor for SOC matters, engaging Telco SOC analysts and architects across validation and escalation processes.
  • •Drive adoption of FortiAnalyzer, FortiSOC, and SOCaaS within Telco SOC environments and help Telcos monetize their SOC as a service.
  • •Design and support API-driven integrations, AI-driven security analytics approaches, and automated deployment/Zero Touch Provisioning models.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of experience in a presales, solutions engineering, or technical sales role within cybersecurity.
  • •5+ years of direct SOC background including incident validation, escalation, analyst workflows, and solution homologation.
  • •Strong knowledge of SOC technologies such as SIEM, SOAR, EDR/NDR, threat analytics, and incident response platforms.
  • •Familiarity with FortiAnalyzer, FortiSIEM, FortiSOAR, FortiEDR, FortiNDR (or equivalent solutions).
  • •Fluent in English and Spanish (spoken and written); Portuguese is a strong plus.
