Provide efficient technical assistance to customers for Amcor packaging equipment, troubleshooting mechanical and electrical issues to ensure optimal equipment performance. Conduct equipment and packaging film/shrink bag audits, manage customer call priorities and schedules, and complete required reporting. Support installations, start-ups, field trials, and customer training for proper operation and maintenance, while collaborating with sales and internal teams to improve quality and packaging performance.

Key Responsibilities

•Act as a safety leader and put safety first in all responsibilities.
•Service customer equipment (as applicable) to maintain optimum performance of equipment and packaging film/shrink bag materials.
•Identify machinery and packaging film/shrink bag problems and communicate them to the appropriate staff.
•Perform package/shrink bag and machine audits and support field trials of new packaging materials.
•Conduct customer training on proper operation and maintenance of equipment and Amcor film, and assist with installations/start-ups and special projects.

Travel: Extensive travel
