Senior Operations Associate, Engineering Testing

Lead end-to-end testing programs for DoorDash Labs’ autonomous technologies, defining scope, priorities, and success criteria across complex initiatives. Evolve testing methodologies, operational standards, and quality frameworks to improve consistency and engineering confidence. Partner with engineering, product, TPM, safety, and operations to influence readiness and launch decisions, perform root-cause analysis across hardware/software/operational systems, and use metrics to recommend improvements. Mentor operators and raise the technical bar.
