Key Responsibilities

•Bring new business relationships to life that drive revenue by visiting and reaching out to insurance agencies and distribution partners
•Bring distribution partners to the next level with consistent communication and excellent customer service to agents
•Build a network of referrals by leveraging industry relationships
•Develop and iterate the sales system for deal tracking and relationship management, and onboard agencies effectively
•Attend conferences and trade shows to identify and engage new agencies
•Conduct consistent agency check-ins to reinforce product adoption and hit partner goals

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 130,000 - 180,000 annually

•5+ years territory management experience driving growth within a sales territory

•Local to Dallas, TX or willing to relocate/commute as required
