Key Responsibilities

  • •Receive and process tasking by logging, prioritising, scheduling, assigning, and overseeing reactive and scheduled support activities.
  • •Monitor task progress and subcontractor performance, tracking timelines, quality, risks, and SLA compliance, escalating issues as needed.
  • •Control risks to vessel availability and implement mitigation actions promptly.
  • •Maintain controlled records and databases, prepare KPI and evidence-pack reporting, and support estimating, planning, and logistics coordination.

Key Requirements

  • •Strong administrative, coordination, and organisational skills, including managing documentation, workflows, timelines, and multi-stakeholder communication.
  • •Project management capability, ideally supported by an engineering qualification (e.g., HND/HNC).
  • •Experience in a marine, engineering, logistics, or technical environment with understanding of small craft maintenance and support operations.
  • •Quality management experience with controlled processes, audits, documentation accuracy, and evidence-based reporting.
