Key Responsibilities

  • •Create and maintain an Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) compliant with government and corporate requirements, demonstrating cost and schedule integration.
  • •Assist in planning and cost estimating, performing analyses and preparing reports to help programs meet schedule commitments.
  • •Prepare internal weekly/monthly schedule review packages and compliant external Contractual Data Requirements List submissions.
  • •Perform schedule preparation and in-depth analyses including critical path, schedule risk, and variance analysis for contract work.
  • •Incorporate contractual and programmatic changes into the IMS to maintain realistic current contract schedule baselines.

Key Requirements

  • •Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field and at least 5 years of Program Planning/Scheduling or Project Management experience (or an Advanced Degree with 3 years’ experience).
  • •Experience creating and maintaining industry schedules using tools such as MS Project, Primavera, Open Plan, or similar scheduling software.
  • •Experience developing Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) and/or evaluating critical path and workflow.
  • •Experience with Earned Value Management System (EVMS) or a similar business process.
  • •Ability to work full-time onsite in Tucson, AZ.
