Oversee civil engineering projects for the UAE Authority, plan and supervise technical works and assets, ensure periodic maintenance by suppliers and contractors, monitor construction projects with government entities, and manage budgets, contracts, and documentation while promoting green energy and optimal use of spaces across all centers.

Key Responsibilities

•Prepare work plans, policies, and technical performance indicators for engineering projects and measure them against suppliers, contractors, and consultants.
•Coordinate with government entities to monitor project schedules and ensure alignment with the authority's strategy and design, ensuring acceptance as per engineering drawings.
•Develop a periodic maintenance plan with short- and long-term strategies, and document all maintenance requests for every center.
•Contribute to preparing budget estimates for projects and maintenance work and monitor execution within allocated resources.
•Document and track financial and material resources for projects (as-built lists) and prepare and share related reports with stakeholders.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's degree in civil engineering
•Proficiency with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, AutoCAD, SAB, ETAB & CAFM
•Ability to communicate in English and Arabic (speaking and writing)
•5 years of experience in the engineering field
