Job Summary

Provide onsite desktop support for KeyBank employees by imaging and configuring laptops/desktops, provisioning applications, and troubleshooting hardware and software. Help manage IT equipment throughout its lifecycle, including inventory tracking, processing returned devices, and safe packing and shipping. Work with cross-functional business lines within an operations-focused technology team, delivering reliable service and internal customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

•Image and configure laptops, desktops, and related equipment for employees, including monitors, card readers, and accessories.
•Install, support, and maintain desktop applications; provision applications using Microsoft System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM).
•Troubleshoot hardware and software and support desktop and mobile operating systems.
•Track and manage IT equipment inventory throughout the computer lifecycle, including processing returned equipment.
•Package and ship devices to addresses and complete assigned tickets within SLA while providing high internal customer service.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 18 - 23.08 hourly

Key Requirements

•Be able to work full-time (40 hours/week) and onsite in the fall if the internship is extended.
•Be enrolled in computer science and/or business coursework, or already hold a degree in computer science and/or business (or equivalent experience).
•Work in a customer-oriented, positive team environment with strong face-forward customer service.
•Demonstrate strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills for technical and non-technical staff.
•Have technical support experience in a computer support environment.
