•Oversee internal and external projects through planning, execution, and completion.
•Maintain a safety event-free facility by using caution/support systems, responding to emergencies, and following established procedures.
•Monitor and report nonconformances in product, service, or quality systems, and maintain diligence around keycards and facility access control.
•Maintain quoting systems; collaborate with customers to understand requirements, create timelines, monitor progress, and define scope.
•Manage project budgets through each phase and detail; analyze performance upon completion and collaborate with customers throughout the project lifecycle.

•Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or Plastic Engineering (or equivalent experience).
