  • •Lead and manage the local Quality Assurance team and drive continuous improvement of quality culture at the site.
  • •Investigate, review, and close CAPA for deviations, quality incidents, consumer complaints, and OOS/OOT results.
  • •Review and approve supplier and batch documentation, including batch records and release of finished goods; ensure change controls are documented.
  • •Review laboratory instrument audit trails and site policies/procedures (e.g., VMP, SMF, PVMP, protocols, specifications, test methods) and maintain risk register and management review programs.
