Key Responsibilities

•Greet patients and visitors, provide accurate information on services/policies/processes, and address inquiries/concerns with escalation as needed.

•Support administrative tasks including admissions/discharges/transfers, release of information, patient file maintenance, and invoice processing.
•Use the organization’s HIS for operational needs; photocopy, scan, and organize documents for patient services.
•Assist with booking appointments and coordinating outpatient services while supporting smooth front-desk operations and documentation of complaints in escalation tools.

•Bachelor’s degree in healthcare or related medical field.
