Job Summary

Design, build, and maintain Davies’ Azure cloud environment to support the organization’s cloud-first strategy. You’ll lead Azure platform projects, including automation, infrastructure-as-code patterns, and YAML-based CI/CD pipelines, while helping define cloud governance around networking, identity, security, tagging, and operational processes. Partner with application, security, and product teams to deliver reliable, secure cloud services, support on-prem to cloud migration, and drive continuous improvement in DevOps maturity.

Key Responsibilities

•Design, plan, and implement Azure cloud solutions focused on automation, IaC, and DevOps principles.
•Lead cloud platform projects, including systems architecture, proofs-of-concept, and production deployments, and support on-prem to Azure transition for resilience and scalability.
•Build, maintain, and optimize Azure CI/CD pipelines (YAML-based) with automated testing and quality checks.
•Develop infrastructure-as-code using Terraform, ARM/Bicep, and Git-based workflows; create scripts using PowerShell and AZ CLI to drive automation and operational efficiency.
•Resolve cloud-related issues and contribute to continuous improvement in DevOps maturity, governance, tooling, and operating models, including documentation and coaching/mentoring.

Key Requirements

•Hands-on experience with Azure IaaS and PaaS in a DevOps environment.
•Advanced experience building Azure DevOps CI/CD pipelines, including YAML.
•Strong proficiency in Terraform (or comparable infrastructure-as-code tooling).
•Strong scripting skills using PowerShell and AZ CLI.
•Understanding of cloud governance, security, networking, identity, RBAC, and resource organisation.
