Key Responsibilities

  • •Act as the go-to technical leader for customers’ hybrid cloud and application modernization journey.
  • •Partner with customers to design robust, secure, scalable solutions on Red Hat OpenShift based on business goals and technical requirements.
  • •Lead hands-on implementation of designed solutions, from proof-of-concepts through full production environments.
  • •Deliver workshops and share best practices, mentoring customer teams on containers, Kubernetes, CI/CD, and microservices.
  • •Collaborate with Red Hat sales, engineering, and support teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Key Requirements

  • •Proven experience in a customer-facing role such as a consultant, solutions architect, or senior engineer, driven by customer success.
  • •Hands-on container expertise with Kubernetes and Docker, with strong familiarity with Red Hat OpenShift.
  • •Comfort with Linux and core IT infrastructure concepts including networking, storage, and security.
  • •Understanding of modern software development and delivery, including CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure-as-code (DevOps mindset).
  • •Ability to communicate complex technical ideas clearly to technical and non-technical audiences, leading technical discussions and workshops.
