Job Summary

Strategic finance and BizOps partner to the Marketing team, driving growth in Lovable’s B2C engine through rigorous planning, ROI-centric decision support, and measurable channel economics. Own financial operating plans, CAC/LTV analyses, and reporting while enabling AI-enabled automation to replace manual processes. Collaborate with Marketing leaders to optimize budgets, campaigns, and unit economics in a fast-paced SaaS/consumer context.

Job Function: Marketing & Growth

Key Responsibilities

•Drive Marketing Efficiency & Planning: Own the financial operating plan for Marketing—budget allocation, campaign ROI analysis, and investment tradeoffs to fuel B2C growth while maintaining unit economics discipline.
•Own Channel-Level Unit Economics: Build and maintain CAC/LTV and payback models by channel, tying spend to cohorts and retention to guide investment decisions.
•Operationalize Measurement & Reporting: Create clear, repeatable reporting for Marketing performance (weekly/monthly), including targets, variance analysis, and learnings that translate into action.
•Support Experimentation & Forecasting: Partner with Marketing to size tests, set success metrics, and forecast impact on growth and unit economics.
•Build an AI-Native Function: Integrate AI agents and automation into the finance workflow, replacing manual spreadsheet work for faster, scalable processes.

Key Requirements

•8+ years of relevant experience in finance or BizOps, including 4+ years in strategic finance or BizOps supporting Marketing or Growth at a consumer or SaaS technology company
•Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field
•Excel expert modeling chops and data skills (SQL, Hex, BI tools)
•Ability to translate programs into financial impact with precision
•Strong partnership and service-first mindset to collaborate with Marketing leaders and cross-functional teams
