Key Responsibilities

  • •Conduct physical testing as needed and maintain physical testing equipment in the lab.
  • •Perform laboratory tests to verify products meet specifications and support safety/environmental compliance.
  • •Carry out chemical testing on plant products and materials, including required chemical analyses.
  • •Record test results (including x-ray/XRF analyses) and maintain documentation and lab waste records.
  • •Maintain laboratory equipment calibration and documentation, manage inventory of testing materials, and assist lab personnel as needed.

Key Requirements

  • •B.A./B.S. in chemistry (preferred) or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • •Experience performing relevant tests in a cement laboratory environment (1 year preferred).
  • •Proficient English written and verbal communication skills.
  • •Ability to perform precise, accurate analysis and testing with close attention to detail.
  • •Ability to operate physical testing equipment and laboratory computer systems.
