Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform network administration and management for C2 network systems and support NetOps activities across USSTRATCOM.
  • •Configure and administer government-furnished monitoring tools for situational awareness across directed networks.
  • •Operate and maintain enterprise monitoring tools to identify incidents or degradations in services, applications, or networks.
  • •Monitor and evaluate network configurations and performance, and support technical responses to incidents, outages, changes, and security patches.
  • •Respond to incident management requests, resolve or escalate network incidents, and perform shift work to ensure 7x24 coverage.

Key Requirements

  • •3+ years of related experience with enterprise WAN/LAN network administration.
  • •Must have and maintain an active Top Secret clearance and be able to obtain Top Secret/SCI.
  • •Required certifications: ITIL 4 Foundation certified within 9 months of start and 8140 certifications.
  • •Proficiency with government-furnished or enterprise monitoring tools for network and system visibility.
  • •Strong real-time troubleshooting skills for complex network issues, including incident/outage response and recovery procedures.
