Key Responsibilities

  • •Renew AMCs for elevators and escalators within the assigned territory, including client engagement, proposal preparation, negotiation, and timely closure.
  • •Acquire maintenance contracts for third-party elevators, escalators, and moving walks, covering research, site surveys, technical evaluation, and proposal submission.
  • •Participate in tenders for AMC, repair works, and modernization (partial or full), handling documentation, compliance review, pricing, and coordination with internal teams.
  • •Collect payments for booked orders in line with payment terms by coordinating invoice acknowledgment, following up on overdue payments, and supporting finance on payment issues.
  • •Coordinate with technical and service teams to ensure smooth operations, including sharing site conditions, arranging site visits/surveys/assessments, and supporting service-related issue resolution.
