Key Responsibilities

  • •Act as a trusted advisor to LATAM leadership on organizational strategy, key people priorities, and leadership development, championing regional change.
  • •Champion Snowflake’s AI transformation in LATAM by fostering AI literacy, enabling adoption through communication, and running rapid, evidence-based pilot programs.
  • •Drive talent initiatives including succession planning, retention strategies, org design, and executive coaching to strengthen regional capability.
  • •Oversee core regional HR services (total rewards, performance management, employee relations, and workplace safety) with strict alignment to local labor regulations.
  • •Lead regional compliance by staying current on LATAM employment laws and partnering with Legal, Finance, and local counsel to maintain compliant standards.

Key Requirements

  • •10-12+ years of broad HR leadership experience with client-facing strategic advisory and executive coaching, including regional or multi-country oversight.
  • •Proven expertise across LATAM markets with deep understanding of local employment laws, regulatory compliance, and compensation practices.
  • •Proven track record supporting international growth, including setup of new legal entities, country entry strategies, and operationalizing HR infrastructure across LATAM jurisdictions.
  • •Experience operating in fast-paced, high-growth tech environments with comfort managing cross-functional initiatives across global time zones.
  • •Fluent in English; professional fluency in Spanish and/or Portuguese is highly preferred.
